Understanding life and personal mission is something most don’t have the opportunity to explore. I’m very thankful I’ve found my purpose in life, which is to elevate and connect people. Throughout my 20+ years of leadership my most prized moments were derived from others.

My environmental and social diversity enables me to not just work with, but connect with almost anyone. I’ve positively leveraged relationships to create harmonious growth in clients and strategic business partners alike.
I truly believe there are multiple solutions and ways to achievement. Resourcefulness is second nature. When faced with obstacles, I’ve learned that turning them to future solutions is an important key in business.
Redundancies are crucial to scaling but misunderstood and sometimes add waste. Software is a terrible leader, but a loyal servant and should be used accordingly. People are the answer, but relationships take energy, effort, and time.
Sales and sales leadership has taught me to understand people and their complexities. The diamond in the rough could be right in front of you, but you must put in the work to find it.
Executive leadership has taught me that actions and consistency have more impact than words. It’s imperative to focus and plan on the vision or the "30k feet plan", especially when faced with adversity or decisions. Then, execute with the 10k foot workload. Next, understand, empathize, and assist when needed with the operators working at 5k feet. Lastly, know your people on the ground and share the vision across all departments.
Chaz Linder has over 20 years experience as a proven leader in both sales and operations. In 2002, Chaz started his sales career with New Vitality dba NAC marketing, the largest long and short form media buyers in the US. He quickly moved to management, recruiter, script writer, and head trainer.
In 2008, he joined a start-up, Nutricap
Chaz Linder has over 20 years experience as a proven leader in both sales and operations. In 2002, Chaz started his sales career with New Vitality dba NAC marketing, the largest long and short form media buyers in the US. He quickly moved to management, recruiter, script writer, and head trainer.
In 2008, he joined a start-up, Nutricap Labs. During his tenure he was promoted 4 times, becoming part of the executive team honored with multiple accolades including the Inc. 500|5000 award 3 consecutive years. Within 5 years the company grew to over 60 employees and sold to Twin Labs for over 30 million. More importantly, interfacing with 1000’s of entrepreneurs sharpened his skills in marketing, go to market strategy, scaling, branding, formulation, as well as diversification.
In 2015, Chaz began working on the executive team for The Fulfillment Lab, a global logistics company. He acted as one of the key architects scaling the company to exceed 800% growth, organically in under 2yrs.
In 2017, he began to consult, impacting scalability. Chaz has successfully helped manufacturers, brokerages, construction companies, accounting firms, and start-ups achieve monetary, personnel, and clientele GROWTH.
On a personal note, "I have a beautiful family consisting of two daughters and an amazing, supportive wife. I enjoy growing my intellectual and emotional intelligence, as well physical fitness through challenging myself daily."
